The Smoketree Community Building
The Smoketree Community Building is available for rent for meetings, parties, seminars, receptions, etc.  Smoketree residents receive a discount on rentals.

Rental Prices
Monday-Thursday:  $200.00 all day
Friday & Sunday:  $300.00 all day
Saturday:  $400.00 all day

There is a $300.00 deposit and a $50.00 cleaning fee on all rentals.

Available with rental:
22 rectangular tables 6ft long
6 round tables 4ft diameter
150 metal folding chairs

Maximum capacity 198.
