Membership:

All residents are strongly encouraged to financially support the Smoketree Association.  Yearly membership is $45.00 and payable at anytime.  The yearly membership drive occurs June 1st.  Payments may be mailed to P.O. Box 416, Midlothian, VA 23113.  Membership fees are used to provide upkeep for common areas, printing and delivery of newsletters, provide legal representation and council when necessary and assist financially with any special projects, such as Neighborhood Watch.  All residents are encouraged and expected to provide support!  Please see link below to this years Annual Dues Invoice.

Meetings:

Board meetings are generally held once a month.  The Annual Membership Meeting is held in October.  Residents are encouraged to become involved and bring any concerns or ideas you have to the Board.
